2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Arbitry does not collect any personal information. Specifically, we do NOT collect:

• Financial information (credit card numbers, bank accounts)
• Authentication credentials (passwords, API keys)
• Browsing history or web activity
• Location data
• Device identifiers

3. Data Stored Locally

Arbitry stores the following data locally on your device using Chrome's storage API:

• User Preferences: Theme (dark/light), language selection, alert thresholds
• Watchlist: Cryptocurrency pairs you choose to track
• Exchange Selection: Which exchanges you have enabled
• Settings: Refresh interval, liquidity filter settings

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.

4. Optional Account Feature

Arbitry offers an optional sign-in feature using Firebase Authentication. If you choose to create an account:

• Your email address is stored by Firebase (Google) for authentication purposes only
• This is entirely optional - the extension works fully without signing in
• You can delete your account at any time from the extension settings

5. External API Connections

Arbitry connects to the following external services to fetch publicly available cryptocurrency price data:

• Binance API (api.binance.com)
• Bybit API (api.bybit.com)
• OKX API (www.okx.com)
• KuCoin API (api.kucoin.com)
• Gate.io API (api.gateio.ws)
• MEXC API (api.mexc.com)
• Bitget API (api.bitget.com)

These connections only retrieve public market data. No personal information is sent to these services.

6. Permissions Explained

Storage

Used to save your preferences locally on your device.

Alarms

Used to schedule periodic price refreshes while the extension is open.

Notifications

Used to alert you when profitable arbitrage opportunities are found (optional, can be disabled).

Identity

Used only if you choose to sign in with your Google account for settings sync (optional).

7. Third-Party Services

If you choose to upgrade to Pro, payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Their privacy policy applies to payment processing: LemonSqueezy Privacy Policy

8. Children's Privacy

Arbitry is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
